The Beam family started distilling in 1795, but it was James B. Beam who rebuilt the distillery post-Prohibition and gave it the name we all know today. Seven generations later, Jim Beam’s still crafting whiskey in Clermont, Kentucky. They’ve made a billion bottles and a million memories. The First Time I Tried It…
