The Beam family started distilling in 1795, but it was James B. Beam who rebuilt the distillery post-Prohibition and gave it the name we all know today. Seven generations later, Jim Beamās still crafting whiskey in Clermont, Kentucky. Theyāve made a billion bottles and a million memories. But with Double Oak, they found a way to innovate without losing their roots.
The First Time I Tried Itā¦
...was a campfire night with my cousin Jake and a rack of ribs slow-smoking on mesquite.
